I Remember.

This past Sunday was Remembrance Day and the most important part of my weekend was spending time with my grandfather and attending the Remembrance Day ceremony in Cambridge, Ontario. I think it’s very important that we take the time to thank of all the men and women that have sacrificed their lives, so that we can live in this beautiful and free country. It was great to see my grandfather place a reef on the Cenotaph, which he has been doing for years, with many of his comrades. Sadly, they are very few of these men left. The veterans were asked if they’d like to take a limo to the ceremony and they responsded with, “Heavens no. Those that can are walking.” It just comes to show you how devoted and amazing these men are.

Here are some photos I took during the ceremony. There were a lot of lovely speeches and it was packed. I love you grandpa. Thank you for all that you’ve done for me and this country. xoxoxo
